All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. We reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.

All CARVÈR deliveries are sent via either Sendle or Australia Post, depending on your shipping location. You can track your order directly via your order confirmation email.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE  

All orders are sent with 'Authority to leave' in a safe place - your signature will not be requested upon delivery.

P.O BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS  

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or commercial address for delivery.

RETURNS

CARVÈR offers FREE RETURNS on all full price purchases, for ease of mind. All items should be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and fit, and want you to cherish your special CARVÈR purchase as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can return it for an exchange or refund -

If you change your mind, you can request an exchange or refund of your purchase. We happily accept returns and exchanges on full priced items. All returns must be in the original condition as sent. The item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns after this date cannot be accepted. Please consider Sale purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds on Sale or discounted items, unless the merchandise is faulty or wrongly received. This includes flash sales where discount codes have been applied. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, valid for 6 months, however a $10 restocking fee will apply.

We pride ourselves on our premium designer pieces and quality craftsmanship, however we understand that there may be times where you need to return an item purchased from our eBoutique. In the instance that you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, you may elect to receive a refund, an exchange for another item, or store credit. Please be advised that our team will assess all faulty returns before a refund is processed. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed once CARVÈR has inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. Debit and credit card returns must be processed against the exact card used to complete the original purchase.

Please consider purchases carefully as items purchased on Sale or during a promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds, unless the merchandise is proven to be faulty or wrongly received. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, and CARVÈR will not be responsible for items lost or stolen in postage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. CARVÈR takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CARVÈR.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    1. 1). Simply fill out the Returns Form here. All return requests will be responded to within 3 business days.
    2. 2). Once approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid parcel return label, unless your item was purchased on sale or during promotion. Please attach to the outside of your parcel.

    3. 3). If your item was purchased on sale or during promotion, CARVÈR may offer you a store credit or exchange. You will also be responsible for organising return shipping back to CARVÈR. Please note there are no refunds on sale purchases.

    4. 4). Drop it off to your local Post Office or Post Box.

    5. 5). Once your item has been received, please allow 5 business days for processing. 

    6. 6). Once the refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

Please note, CARVÈR is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and label your order using the return label provided (or your own shipping method if returning a sale item). We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake or without pre-approval.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Credit notes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Credit notes may be used on full price and permanently reduced items, within the SALE category.
